Becoming Botanical reflects the final evolution of the self. After exploring the many layers of life, love, identity, and creativity, the figure returns to the earth—covered in pansies and reclaimed by nature. The piece speaks to the understanding that we are not separate from the planet, but deeply connected to it. In the end, we become botanical: rooted in the same living world from which we came.
