Inspired by the intricate collars worn by Ruth Bader Ginsburg during her tenure as a Supreme Court Justice. RBG's many collars ranged from delicate lace jabots to bejeweled "battle armor" bibs, with the chosen style often signifying her sentiments or position on the arguments being presented. This beaded mesh collar is embellished with foreboding skulls and spikes to serve as both a protective mantle to the wearer and a quiet encouragement to all viewers, to remind us that there is power in our collective voices, that we must have the courage to speak out against injustice and refuse to be silenced.
